click on the Annual Meeting Program text at the very top of this page.

| Netscape Users (versions 4.x): |
1) Select “Edit” menu at the very top of your screen:

2) Select the “Preferences” option
within the “Edit” menu (or use click the “Alt” key followed by the
letter “E”, followed by the letter “E”):

3) In the “Category” section (tab), highlight
the word “Advanced”.
Make sure that “Enable JavaScript” has a check mark placed in the box:
