Pluralistic organizations are the focus of this year's Academy theme. In this symposium we focus on how we as academicians can succeed in pluralistic environments that require us to satisfy multiple professional roles. We have created a global network that includes eleven faculty from eight countries on four continents. We will demonstrate how our cross-national collaborative network has allowed us to leverage ourselves across the research, teaching, and service domains. Open dialogue and roundtable discussion among participants will elicit more ideas about how collaborative networks can help us achieve multiple goals simultaneously. Our international collaborative network includes the presenters listed in the symposium as well as Zeynep Aycan (Koç University, Turkey), Károly Balaton (Budapest University of Economic Sciences, Hungary), Peter O'Brien, (University of Adelaide, Australia), Hugh O'Connell (Thammasat University, Thailand), Abraham Sagie (Bar-Ilan University, Israel), and René Schalk (Tilburg University, The Netherlands).
