 In this symposium four presenters from four different perspectives will address an issue that is of growing interest in corporate America - spirituality at work. Two presenters speak to the topic from traditional academic perspetives: what can we as organizational scientists say theoretically and empirically about spirituality at work? The other two presenters speak to the topic from the perspective of the executive classroom and from the perspective of management practice. The discussant, who has edited a book on the topic, will lead an interactive discussion among presenters and audience participants.
