Rethinking How We Research Change & Development: The Role of Critical Thinking
Presenter Antonacopoulou, Elena  U. of Manchester E.Antonacopoulou@fs2.mbs.ac.uk 44 (161) 275 6365
As we are called upon to carefully rethink change and development within organizations we are also invited to explore, to discover, to explain, to evaluate and to present new insights and new understandings about the process of thinking which underpins much current practice in our profession. This symposium addresses this issue by discussing three interconnected elements in the process of rethinking change; namely rethinking our approach to researching change, our approach to teaching change and our approach to applying change principles. Critical thinking is the ribbon that ties these approches to change together.
 Keywords: Critical Thinking; Change; Management
